What we collect and why
Contact form. We use your name, email address, message and any phone number you provide to respond to your enquiry. The processing is based on your request.
Business hub pre-booking. Your answers to this form are used to measure interest in the business hub and to let you know when it opens.
Orders. Information needed for an order is used to fulfil it, issue invoices and meet accounting obligations. Payments are processed by Stripe. Challl does not receive your full card number.
Recipients
Your data is not sold or rented. It is shared only with providers needed to deliver the service: Hetzner Online GmbH in Germany for hosting; the registrar and relevant registry for domain names; Openprovider for email services; and Stripe for payments.
Retention
Enquiries received through our forms, including pre-bookings, are kept for three years from the date they are sent, then deleted automatically. Accounting documents are retained for the period required by law.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction or deletion of your information, object to processing or request restrictions by writing to contact@challl.com. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can complain to the CNIL, the French data protection authority.
