Why a business hub
Many entrepreneurs in the Pays de Fayence work from home. It keeps costs down, but it is hard to welcome a client there, you often work alone, and keeping work and family life apart is not easy. Renting an office means signing a lease and committing a budget that few businesses can afford in their early years.
Challl's business hub offers another way: a shared place in Fayence, services brought together in a single monthly fee, and a price designed for businesses that are starting out.

Booking
Offices, the coworking space and the meeting room are available with no hourly limit, on booking. You book one date at a time: once that date has passed, you book the next one.
This rule may be adjusted as the hub gets busier, so that every member can make the most of it.
Prices
Every member enjoys all the services of the hub. The price depends on how long your business has been running.
129 € per month excl. VAT
For businesses under one year old when they join, and for people supported by Challl's business incubator. Valid for one year, renewable twice.
199 € per month excl. VAT
For businesses over one year old, and after the three years of the Start-up plan.
Prices exclude VAT. Challl currently benefits from the French VAT exemption for small businesses, so no VAT is charged while this scheme applies. If Challl becomes liable for VAT, it will be added to these prices. The hub is in preparation: its prices, services and terms may still change. The final terms will be given to you in writing before you join.

Challl's purpose is written into its articles of association. Translated:
To promote entrepreneurship, employment and economic independence by giving businesses and organisations access to the tools, services and skills they need to develop.
